Separate permission for monthly Guild payments and how to withdraw it

When consent is given
This text is intended for separate confirmation when purchasing a paid subscription after billing launches. Opening the page, starting a free trial, signing in or reading the offer does not constitute auto-renewal consent. This page does not collect consent
Before confirming, the user sees the next charge amount, period, next date and cancellation method. Consent is recorded through a separate action with no preselected confirmation
What the user authorises
I authorise sole proprietor Yaroslav Andreyevich Morozov, INN 732985644172, OGRNIP 320732500040475, to use my selected payment method saved with YooKassa to automatically renew my Guild subscription
Each payment under the launch offer is RUB 10,000. Payments occur once per subscription month on the date shown at checkout and in the account portal. The short-month rule is set out in the offer. RUB 25,000 will not be automatically charged in place of the agreed RUB 10,000
The first paid order is placed separately after the free trial. This consent covers subsequent renewals and does not authorise charges for services I did not order
Saved payment method
YooKassa stores the payment details. Guild uses a saved payment-method identifier for authorised payments; Guild does not store the full card number or its security code
If the bank declines a payment, no new paid month is created. Insufficient funds do not constitute consent to another amount, charges for additional services or the creation of a debt
Withdrawing permission
Turning off auto-renewal stops future charges. Access already paid for continues until the period ends. You can turn off renewal in the Subscription section of your account or email guild@morozov.digital. The prohibition on further charges takes effect when the withdrawal is received
You may also expressly request that previously supplied payment details no longer be used. Once the refusal is received, they are not used for new recurring charges. Withdrawal does not require deleting the account; current paid access continues until its expiry
Consent lasts until withdrawal or termination of the subscription. Re-enabling auto-renewal requires new confirmation. Records of completed payments may be retained as required by law regardless of withdrawal of permission for future charges
