Cookies and browser data

Technical information stored by the public website, account portal and Guild web remote
This is a translation. In case of a discrepancy, the Russian version prevails
Public pages
Guild's public pages do not use advertising trackers or web analytics. No registration is needed to view the landing page or documents. When a page is requested, the server receives technical connection information, including an IP address; this does not imply the use of advertising cookies
Cookies differ from localStorage: cookies can be sent with server requests, while localStorage keeps values in the browser for a particular site. Fonts and images for public pages are hosted with the website
Account session
After sign-in, the server sets the technical guild_session cookie to confirm the session. Its lifetime is up to 30 days; signing out clears it. A session may end earlier if access is revoked or for security reasons
The cookie supports authentication, not advertising. Blocking it leaves public pages accessible, but sign-in and account functions may stop working
Web remote links
After the access code is confirmed, the web remote stores a technical ticket and its expiry time in localStorage under guild.share.ticket.… so that reloading does not require the code again. Expired tickets are not used. A record may remain until site data are cleared, the record is overwritten or the app removes it
The sound preference is also stored locally until changed or site data are cleared. Browser notification permission is granted and revoked through browser controls. Local storage may be unavailable in private browsing
The decryption key is in the link fragment after # and is used by the browser. Keep the link private; it is not an ordinary public landing-page link
Payment page and third-party sites
Billing is still being connected. After launch, YooKassa's cookies and data processing policy will apply on its payment page. External sites opened through Guild links set their own rules
If optional analytics or advertising technologies are introduced on the public site, this document will be updated and a separate user choice provided before they are enabled. No consent banner for unused advertising cookies is currently displayed
Managing stored data
You can delete Guild cookies and local data in your browser's privacy settings under site data. This signs you out and may require entering the web remote code again. Notifications can be disabled in site permissions
Deleting cookies does not cancel a paid subscription or withdraw auto-renewal permission. Use your account portal or contact guild@morozov.digital for those actions. Browser-data questions can be sent to the same address
Website language preference
After you manually switch between RU and EN, the site stores the selected language in the technical guild_language cookie for up to 365 days. It contains only ru or en, with no user identifier. The cookie applies to the current domain and is not used for advertising
When a page opens, the site uses the saved choice, then browser language preferences, with English as the fallback. The switcher changes the current page's language without changing its address. Automatic detection does not itself store a permanent preference. You can remove the preference in your browser's site data settings; switching the current page still works if cookies are blocked, but the choice may not be saved
