The user's separate choice
Marketing subscription is not a condition of Guild access, the free trial or a support response. There is currently no mailing-list sign-up form on the site; opening this page, paying or accepting the offer does not constitute marketing consent
If a mailing subscription is offered, consent will require a separate action without a preselected checkbox. The selected channel, date and text version are recorded. Asking to be notified of launch permits a response to that specific request, but does not itself subscribe you to regular advertising

This consent covers advertising messages under Article 18 of the Russian Federal Law on Advertising
The selected contact, name if supplied and consent records are processed for this purpose. Contacts are not sold or shared with other companies for their own mailing lists. This text does not authorise advertising telephone calls
Opting out and duration
Consent lasts until withdrawn. You can use the unsubscribe link in an email, reply Unsubscribe to a message or email guild@morozov.digital. Marketing to the relevant contact stops immediately upon receipt of the withdrawal
Opting out of marketing does not terminate a Guild subscription. Necessary messages about an ordered service, security, payments and responses to your own enquiries may be sent on the relevant legal basis, without advertising offers
Data processing and deletion are described in the Privacy policy. After withdrawal, the contact is not used for marketing; withdrawal records are retained only as necessary to respect and demonstrate the opt-out
