Sign-up is self-service: leave your email, confirm it through the link we send, and 7 days are yours without a card. Guild is downloaded from your account portal, where you also connect an iPhone

Yes. Guild runs the installed official Claude Code or Codex CLI using your own provider account. Guild access does not include AI models. Anthropic and OpenAI determine model availability, limits and terms of use

You pay the respective providers directly for model subscriptions, paid integrations, image generation, cloud resources and storage. Guild offers 7 free days, followed by a separately purchased subscription at the launch price of RUB 10,000 per month. Payment is by card through YooKassa and the receipt arrives at your account email

A new user tries Guild once for 7 days without a card: the trial starts when the email is confirmed. Moving to a paid subscription requires separate confirmation. The base price is RUB 25,000 per month and the launch price is RUB 10,000. Users who subscribe at the launch price keep it for every subsequent renewal

Auto-renewal is enabled only with your separate consent and switched off in one click in the Subscription section of the cabinet or by email to guild@morozov.digital. There will be no further charges, and current access stays until the end of the paid period

Card payment through YooKassa, one month ahead; a receipt arrives by email after every payment. Nothing is charged without your confirmation. If you enable auto-renewal, we remind you by email three days before the charge, and the next date is always visible in the cabinet

A mistaken charge — a double payment, a wrong amount, a payment after you opted out of renewal — is refunded in full on request to guild@morozov.digital. You can cancel at any time: the refund follows Article 32 of the Russian consumer protection law, with no penalties or deductions. Procedure and timing are on the Payment and refunds page

Yes. Tasks run on your computer, currently a Mac. It must stay on and have the required network connections. The mobile remote lets you manage agents; it does not run them in place of the computer

The server handles sign-in, device access and data transfer. Conversations between Mac and iPhone use end-to-end encryption, so the relay cannot read them. Integration settings are processed separately, and selected models and external services receive the data required for their tasks

No. The main work runs on your Mac. An iPhone adds team status, replies, permissions and notifications. The web remote is already available: open a link from Guild in your browser to chat with a specific agent and answer its questions. The Android app is coming soon

We offer a corporate on-prem pilot with a local model: agents, data, a gateway and Guild services in your infrastructure. The isolated configuration aims to operate without cloud AI APIs. Model and tool compatibility, load and operation without internet access are verified during the pilot

Yes. Connect Codex as your orchestrator and start a voice conversation in Guild for macOS. Ask it to assign tasks to Claude Code and Codex agents, check progress and collect results. Voice transcripts stay in the conversation history. You need a microphone, internet and access to voice mode from your provider
