Personal data processing consent
Version of 11 September 2026 · 2026-09-11
Separate consent to review an enquiry and contact the user at their request
This is a translation. In case of a discrepancy, the Russian version prevails
Who receives consent
Sole proprietor Yaroslav Andreyevich Morozov, INN 732985644172, OGRNIP 320732500040475. Region of registration: Cherdaklinsky District, Ulyanovsk Region, Russian Federation. Email: guild@morozov.digital. Telephone: +7 (937) 274-79-65
How consent is given
Where consent is required to process an enquiry, it is given separately from the offer and other confirmations: through a separate checkbox in a form or a separate electronic message agreeing to this version. This page has no confirmation form; viewing it does not constitute consent
Consent is given freely, voluntarily and in the user's own interest. Where processing is necessary to enter into or perform an agreement at the user's initiative, or is required by law, it takes place on that independent legal basis. This consent does not replace those grounds
Data and purpose
Data: name or preferred form of address, email, telephone or messenger contact if voluntarily provided; the enquiry and voluntarily attached materials; date, contact channel and consent records. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, security codes or excessive personal data
The purpose is to review and answer a Guild enquiry, clarify the request and assist with connection or support. Consent does not cover marketing, public disclosure or sharing data with third parties for their own advertising
Processing methods
Permitted operations include collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, access for persons handling the enquiry, restriction, deletion and destruction. Processing is automated and manual within the stated purpose
Databases are stored in Russia. The infrastructure provider Yandex Cloud and authorised people assisting with the enquiry may receive access subject to confidentiality and data protection obligations. A service separately connected by the user is also governed by its own terms and policy
Duration and withdrawal
Consent lasts until the purpose of the enquiry is fulfilled, but no longer than one year after the last interaction unless withdrawn earlier. Data necessary for an agreement, payments and statutory duties may continue to be processed on those grounds for the applicable periods
You can withdraw consent by emailing guild@morozov.digital and identifying the contact used for the correspondence. Where no other lawful basis exists, processing stops and data are destroyed within no more than 30 days. Records the law requires us to retain are used only for the corresponding purpose
The full procedure, service data categories and user rights are described in the Privacy policy. Optional marketing consent is given separately and can be withdrawn independently
